Front Desk Receptionist in Woodbridge, California

Partime position approximately 25- 30 hours bi weekly in Woodbridge. Medical office seeks capable individual with excellent customer service skills to handle  medical office . Responsibilities include: --Greeting patients cheerfully obtaining all necessary information and co-pays required. Annotating information in computer accurately and in a timely manner. --Taking accurate messages- We require an individual with excellent grammar, spelling and written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate must possess the maturity and background to listen and communicate with patients, physicians and co-workers. --Schedule patient appointments? scan documents ( we have electronic records). We require attentiveness and accuracy. Professional appearance, mature and responsible.
